A Busy Saturday

Just finish a 20km run on Sri Hartamas route on saturday morning... actually it was about 22 km i think cause i made a wrong turn to PWTC... neways it was good as it was the first time i had done a run finishing over 20km... started about 745 am cause i reach the car park at about 735am after pumping petrol at Shell...

After warming up a bit and started running with the gang... reach Petronas station for pit stop in about an hour... rested a bit and made it back in 2:07 ... yes for those who thought it was 2mins.. think again its 2hrs and 7mins ok.... (that's running only) i was suffering like hell as it was quite hot that day too... my sunblock on the face was dripping in my eyes... making it difficult to open... had to walk 2 to 3 times ... cannot tahan already...

finally reached and had breakfast with the gang... Adzim and Bacin the 20km gang and the chicks, Faie, Mary, Khairul and Aini doing the 11km double hill route... had some nasi goreng and karipap... tapau some sandwitch for SM at home... at 1130 am... SM grumbling cause i only got her one lousy sandwitch... my reason 1230pm already lunch mah..

U thought that i would just sleep right??? ahem actually no cause for dinner we actually have planned a simple steamboat party at home with a few common friends .... so i couldnt rest as we need to buy some stuff from J One... good also as in the meantime i got myself 3 pairs of socks and 1 running pants... hehehe... sponsored by SM...

at about 430pm Kenny came and fetch me for squash... WTF ?? after running 20km still can play ah?? dont care lah... just belasah only... i thought of just relaxing and not treating it too seriously... but guess wut... Gary pressured me like mad on the court and made me run like hell... luckily i was quite fit due to previous training for competitions... so manage to make it back home in one piece...

back at home... wah so nice.... food was ready... after bath just hentam the food like 2 weeks never eat until cannot talk already.... then we play some mahjong until about 2am... damn sleepy and fell straight on the bed ... dozing to wonderland in no time....
