Didnt had much training over the week but still manage to have some good workout ...... here it goes...
Tuesday - tried to make for my normal run at Kiara but only reached there at about 7pm.... so had to rush my run and come back as SM already complaining not feeling well...
Wednesday - even though a bit tired still went to gym for an hour workout..... need to maintain my phsique mah........
Thursday - my normal swim at PADE with Gerry........ manage 5 x 200m + 2000m ....... was a good workout ........ manage 41:30 for 2000m.... still a long way from my target of sub 2:00 for 100m
Friday - was really good as the weather was cool........ was worried as it started to rain but it stop when about to reach Kiara...... in the end got 4 small loops.... almost eq. to 13km for 1:08..... but knees was wobbly after that....
Saturday - didnt want to stress myself that much so just had a slow spin on trainer for 30mins in the morning..... then Kenny came and we went for another round of slow spin where i manage a distance of 15km in 32 mins... then makan time........... buffet at some Japanese style steamboat........ very nice cause everyone got their own bowl of soup and its only RM15 per person....... the fried chicken was wonderful and the aiskrim delicious....... we were joking that the owner will banned us from coming if we take another round of fried chicken..... finished the dinner at about 10pm.......... damn full...... luckily still able to sleep soundly by 12am...
Sunday - KLIM Circuit run at Tasik Titiwangsa......... manage to reach there at 615am.... called up Kenny but he was already suffering from too much gym yesterday.......... ahahaha........... registered and got my bibs.... chat with Adzim, Azwar, Faie, Tey, Faie and some others before starting of run...... it was a 1.5 hrs run for half marathoners and each lap at 2.5km........ manage 8 laps in a time of 1:47... tried to get 6 laps under 1:30 but didnt wanna push it as it was only a practise run..... furthermore when i finished the fifth lap the FTAAA marshall was saying only 10 mins left... so demoralizing already....... cause if i wanna do 10mins for 2.5km... i have to pia like shit..... suprisingly i didnt struggle that much but i couldnt cope with an indian runner in front of me..... others who stayed close earlier on i manage to potong sayur later............ balik tidur lah.... apa lagi.........

Are you sure? That's a world record.
World record for 10K run is around 26++ minutes!!! Imagine doing 10k in 26 minute and another 5k in 6 minute..Wow! this China man really gorenglah! Nia mah!
