swim seems to be fine but really couldnt find the time to actually do actual running.......
did a short run at Kiara park - 5 loops in 29 mins..... boy was i struggling couldnt really find any momentum at all.....guess this is what u get if you dont train enough...... but at least u gotta start somewhere right??
work seems to be sapping the energy out of me....... cant imagine with the baby coming...... how to continue training??
