Guess after the euphoria of GE20k... my body was very tired and slow to respond to further training......... a summary of the week goes like this:-
Monday - Swim 800m easy morning........ afternoon too lazy to run...
Tuesday - wanted to go for easy run... but then met up with Hashim, Jeremy and Asri... teruknya had to run a new route about 13km ......... was totally exhausted as it was dry and hot ... felt so dehydrated........
Wednesday - felt a bit better so went to gym....... did some supersets include dead lift
Thursday - swim as usual with Gerry........ PADE closed so went to Matshushita...... manage only 1800m ......... as pool closes at 720pm
Friday - run at kiara........ arrive late so just went easy 4 loops.......
Sat - should be long run at Titiwangsa........ but sakit perut and i feel soooooo lethargic.... continued to sleep....... afternoon squash.... tired beb......... wanted to sleep at 930pm just after delicious Puchong yong tau foo...
Sun - medium run 5k ++
Total run mileage was about only +/- 25km........ what to do... recovery week mah.......
Pledge to do better next week....... but alamak gottta picture and thaipusam on thursday...... hentam only lah.....
