didnt expect to be running alone for the weekend long run at Bkt Aman.... met the brothers Saiful and Abu but they look to be tired and will only be doing 10k.... apparently had a very exhausting Broga ride yesterday with the superstars....
neways didnt feel strong either ..... not many runners today......... manage to reach Petronas in 54:30...... before met the ever strong superstar Zebet at around Plaza Damas area.... scolded him a bit for not being punctual as always....
during the journey back.... started to feel my thighs were tightening up..... however had an uneventful run back and reached in 54:00.... wanted to do a nice negative split but didnt managed to push it as didnt wanna risk cramps....
waited for our superstar for about 20 minutes but he still hadnt come back yet.... since i had another appointment i had to rush off.... apparently having his tea break at Petronas kot... a few more long runs before attempting to do 30k... problem is trying to find someone to it together... should be enough for Desaru if able to complete 30k without problem...
