received text from Azwar inviting to join for long ride in Bagan Lalang and long run in Bukit Aman.... couldnt join the Saturday one so went for Sunday one...
Saturday manage to ride from Bkt Jalil-Subang exit- Bkt Jalil at the Kesas Highway for a measly 23km.... nothing compared to the 90km ride the guys had.... but it was good as i didnt have the time to join them.....
Sunday.... not many turned up .... Bacin as usual, Dicky, Steph and Jamil started the run at 715am.... the host was late again and text Bacin to start first..... started off strongly and reached Petronas at a descent time of 53:45.... nothing to shout about but it was good to have Steph as company as didnt feel tired at all... rested about 3-4 minutes and Coach Bacin ask us to run already.... "Mana boleh rest lama-lama" says Bacin..
off we go.... Jamil was suprisingly fast as he was just tagging us along .... sorry no offence eh Jamil..... then we saw the baboon..... eh walking lah that Azwar.... he looks exhausted... must be the long ride yesterday...Steph was also visibly tired after her long ride yesterday.... so i took the opportunity to drop her at the first hill at Bukit Tunku.... tried to increase the pace but Jamil was still right behind me..... pressure mah..... after a while the gap got bigger and i was also slowing down.... the effect of not having done a long run for so long was taking a toll already.... nevertheless manage to finish strongly in 52:45 with Jamil not far behind.... not too bad....
it was good preparation for PD and also the Adidas run which Fook registered for me... till then happy training guys...

fuyooo still maintain. i dont think so i can reach hartamas sub 1hr, kaki macam nak tercabut bila jumpa bukit2 maut
